NaviPlan has a powerful scripting language built into the software, which when combined with custom settings in Microsoft Word, can produce very flexible reports. As the custom document templates and packages contain only the settings that allow NaviPlan Extended to create a document, and not the actual documents themselves, they can be used for any and all of your client plans.

• using your own logo, font choice, colors, and wording in a report
• showing the built-in tables and graphs in a report in your chosen order
• showing customized tables and graphs -- choose from over a hundred different fields, or apply custom formulas to fields
• automatically generate paragraphs in reports
• showing a report for one plan, or show comparatives between plans
• inserting sections that you've written yourself in a word processor
• reports can be generated and saved as editable Word files
• presentations can be generated and saved as editable Powerpoint files
